A snack your toddler will love! This bite-sized snack is an excellent source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats for our children. It is all simple and healthy ingredients and makes for a great snack or dessert. This recipe is easy to make and easy to pack in their lunchboxes or take with you when out and about!

Ingredients

1 cup oats

1/4 cup granola (I used a cinnamon & raisin blend)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp chia seeds

chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Add dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix (oats, chia seeds, granola)
Add in honey, peanut butter, and chocolate chips if desired, and mix well with spoon
Take a spoonful at a time and make into bite-sized balls with your hands. You should be have about 9 balls.
Place on a plate and put plastic wrap over it (or use a container with a lid) and place in fridge for one hour
Enjoy!
